I'm so thrilled to work with you on a Custom Art Styling Surface! Please fill in the information below and be as descriptive as possible. This will allow our partnership to be simple, direct, and stress-free!

NEW: I will take the color information provided and create your own individual Custom Pantone Color Palette for each order! This will be an extremely helpful tool to visually see the colors that will be hand mixed for your beauty, and provide any feedback before the process starts.

The information below will be used create your custom one-of-a kind piece, so please be certain on the colors and textures you choose, for there will be no exchanges, returns, or refunds.

Friendly reminders:
1. Each order will come with a surface, carrying case, and complementary shipping.
2. If you haven't already, please make the 50% non-refundable payment of $145 via Venmo - @Kaitlin-Noverr
3. Creation turnaround time will be three to four weeks from making the payment.
4. A month from the initial payment the remaining portion will be due before the Custom is shipped to you.
